induction short film- fake plant

For our short film we were given a fake plant as our object. We decided to do the film about how the fake plant gets jealous of real plants. During this process I feel we all helped with the script and the rough idea on what we were doing.

After we had planned what and where we were going to film we naturally took roles. No one set certain roles, everyone naturally decided this was what they wanted to but we also helped with other role, for example I would say my main role was directing but I also used the camera for one scene.

I mainly focused on directing and I shared this role with another team member, we both worked well together discussing what we thought should happen and if one of us didn't really like what either of us or someone else in our group suggested we would say and would discuss how we would resolve it. I would say that was something that made a team good because if were was a problem we would not just sit there and let it fester into something that potentially cause an argument, we worked through it.

I mainly chose being a director because after college I would like to go onto being a director but also trying other roles made me thing maybe I would like to do this instead so its good that our team members all tried different roles to know what they like best.
